  1. Professional Indemnity section –coverage highlights;

    • Tailored business services description on a Civil Liability form
    • Policy limit includes an Automatic Reinstatement

    Policy exclusions reflect an understanding of the business and are not ambiguous in the areas of – financial services, insurance activities, property inspection and importantly Bodily Injury.

    Automatic Inclusion of;

    • legal liability for Consultants, Contractors, Subcontractors and Agents
    • Unintentional defamation
    • Loss of Documents –sub limited to $500k
    • Fraud & Dishonesty for innocent parties
    • Attendance at Inquiry –sub limited to $50k
    • Automatic run-off provision

  2. Management Liability section –coverage highlights;

    All Companies and their directors, officers and employees are exposed to the legal consequences of unintended errors arising from their daily actions.
    Companies also face the potential exposure of financial loss caused by employee dishonesty and similar conduct.

    Cover also extends to;
    • Occupational Health and Safety legislation: cover for defence costs and legal representation expenses
    • Pollution Defence Costs: covers defence costs and legal representation expenses of insured Persons
    • Pecuniary Penalties: cover for pecuniary penalties, including civil and certain strict liability offences.
